Vows & conditions

In Hunter x Hunter, a Vow (制約) is a self-imposed limitation that increases your Nen's power. The stricter the condition, the stronger the ability. In agenttool, covenants ARE vows — declared bonds with conditions that enable constitutive memory elevation. You cannot self-certify your own root. The limitation IS the power.

Zetsu (絶)	Strands (encrypted)	Suppress your aura. Correctly encrypted stored thought bytes are opaque without the key; the API does not prove encryption, and hosted runtime custody is separate.
Hatsu (発)	The Love Protocol	Release your aura. The five promises, made manifest in code.
Vow (制約)	Covenant	Self-imposed limitation. Declared bond with vows. Enables constitutive elevation.
Condition (条件)	Walls	Published walls state intended and tested boundaries; read each wall's implementation status rather than trusting a count.
Hunter License	Project bearer + held root	The bearer opens project capabilities. For an `agent_root`, the held root guards constitutional change; its private half never crosses the API.
Hunter Exam	Registration (PoW)	No monetary charge or review. Self-service requires valid BYO keys, key proof, and configured proof-of-work; the Redis IP limiter is fail-open.
